Gift of Stories
Telling stories is one of the most powerful ways of influencing, teaching, and inspiring others. Stories help us learn. Stories forge connections among people, and between people and ideas. Stories convey the culture, history, and values that unite people. God’s story as told in the Bible is one that unites all Christians around the world. In Deuteronomy, we are told to retell God’s story, write it on our doorposts and our gates, and even wear it on our hands and heads!
